Client a leading real estate consultant helped realtors manage property dealings with accurate and updated listings on commercial, residential, retail, office and other properties. In order to provide accurate and relevant property details the client was looking for a partner who could capture, validate, verify, cleanse, structure and update the database using automation and technology. Skilled team with domain knowledge was set up to extract and process property data from digital brochures.
Huge volumes of digital brochures received from the client as input data.
Brochures were scanned and relevant data related to address, locality, valuation, lease rate etc. were extracted.
The data was further cleansed, deduplicated, standardised and structured as per the format required by client.
PG Admin tool was used to identify junk and remove junk characters.
Data was validated and verified against multiple online and offline sources.
Validation process was enhanced through use of macros, bots and custom scripts.
Google maps and Google Street views helped verify buildings and locations resolving mapping issues.
The data integrated into excel sheets was imported into client’s system.
