  • A seamless workflow was planned in collaboration with the client to enter information from property documents after analyzing and verifying the data.
  • Accomplished online data entry operators would collect real estate property information from input data in the form of pdf, Excel spreadsheet, Word document, etc.
  • 5 skilled resources with high web research skills searched and captured relevant data in more than 1350+ MLS – Multi listing sites and appraiser sites.
  • The data entry operators would then key the data and submit it into the online database.
  • The workflow for data entry was as follows:
    • Received property documents/listings in the form of PDF, MS Excel, or MS Word documents through auto-generated email from client’s email account
    • All the listings received were reviewed and in case of any discrepancy in the data, client was requested to provide a revised data file along with guidelines.
    • After document review, the description of the property was read thoroughly and data analysis was done.
    • Field to field notes was made that enabled the team members to get a clear picture of the property being processed.
    • The information was keyed in the client’s online database.
    • The keyed data was audited by the process associate using a predefined checklist for the project which specified guidelines for entering all the fields.
    • In case of any error, the data was rectified immediately and the final listing was submitted after complete data verification.
    • Every listing was submitted within 3 hours of receipt meeting strict deadlines.
    • Detailed status report mailed to the client on daily basis.
